The non- refundable registration fee for a new student is $175.00 is due when submitting your application.

Registration Information for New Students Grades PK3 to 8
1. Children for the PK3 class must be 3 years of age on or before September 1st
2. Children for the PK4 class must be 4 years of age on or before September 1st
3. Children for the Kindergarten class must be 5 years of age on or before September 1st
4. Students entering First Grade must be six years of age on or before September 1st. In addition, they must have completed a full year of Kindergarten.
5. Students entering Grades Six, Seven, and Eight are received on a probationary basis until the end of the first marking period.
Then they may be formally accepted if conditions warrant acceptance.
6. Students entering Grade Seven and Grade Eight must be transferring from another Catholic school.
7. Non-Catholic children admitted to Saint Anselm School are required to take classes in all academic areas including Religion.
These children are admitted as space permits. These children attend all liturgical celebrations.
8. Parents of all new students for Grades 2 to 8 will meet with the principal at the time of registration for a pre-admission interview.
9. For students in Grades 2 to 8, registration is not complete until a transfer from the student’s former school is presented at the end the academic year in June.
Required documentation for Registration in the PK3 - 8 Classes
The following documents and records must be presented at the time of registration:
1. Birth Certificate
2. Baptismal Certificate if baptized in a parish other than Saint Anselm Church
3. Immunization records from child’s physician
4. Custody Orders, a copy of the court order must be presented for the school file.
5. Any other pertinent information that may relate to the child’s achievement in a school setting- IEP, 504, and/or other educational testing documentation.
6.. Transfer Students-A copy of the student’s most recent report card from the school in which the student is currently enrolled.
Please note:
No registration (PK3 to 8) will be complete if any of the above documents and records are not presented at the time of registration.
